Ok, I'm VERY new with Access and so have almost no clue what I'm doing with it. Our temp employee had made a form with 120 applications on it, I guess they're all on different pages. Is there anyway to get some (about 15) of those applications into a new form? Thanks to anyone that can help me (or understand what I'm trying to ask!).

When you say "applications" are you referring to buttons that start external applications or links to existing database forms on your current databsse. basically can you be a bit more specific

Oops, applications for a job.

Do you still need me to be more specific, because I don't know if I can be?!

If your 'applications' are separate 'records'in a table, then its very simple to use Query-Select (by whatever criteria), and create a new form.

If you already have your new form in Access then all you have to do is go to design view and open the properties box(in the menu). under data, data source, pull down and select the table or query that has the data you want to put on the form. Once you do that the field list should pop up. If not open it. Then drag the fields you need to your form and format accordingly. Hope that helps. If not and you need more help email me at larryajax@hotmail.com.
