Hi All,
I have mail merged a standard letter (created in MS word) using an existing database. In that database I have created a form which holds all the records....(these are the records used in my merged letters)...
Now my question is: How do i open the merged letters (created in MS Word) in my database...i.e i don't know if it is possible but I wanted a button on my form that would automatically open the letter where I will also be able to edit it and print it.
Can i also get the letter to open on a specific record....for eg...Reference 1001 in database opens up the letter with Reference 1001..
Just to let you know that I'm using Access 2003 and am still new to Visual Basics therefore would prefer not to use coding!! sorry
