Opening Word Document With Mail Merge In Access

Ive got a form in access ive coded up buttons to open different word
documents, everything working all okay.
However one of the documents has a mailmerge from one of my queries in it

When i open the document by going to the folder, it opens and the mail merge
works perfect, but when i open the document via my form in access, the
mailmerge has gone and i need to go to Select Recepients and browse for the
database again

Using access & word 2007. What am i doing wrong?
