Hello all,
I have a tabbed form with multiple option groups. Each of the options stores a number corresponding to the option selected. Its important to note here that not all of the tabs store the same numbers to mean the same things e.g. my first tab has option groups with only acceptable (1) and not acceptable (2) whereas my escond tab has three options per group Yes(1) No (2) NA (3).
This is all working fine until i come to print a report and all i can pull from the underlying table is obviously numbers which mean nothing to someone who dosent have a key. I want my report to show Yes, No, NA etc in the fields.
I have looked around and someone said something about a lookup table (which i have used before) but my issue then is that my number 1 2 and 3 have all been used to mean different things.
Is there a way that i easily put a text value instead of a number in the boxes as opposed to rebuilding all of my forms?
Please say yes, all help will be very gratefully received!
Thanks.
Kev.
