Hello everyone! I am having a problem with my order form. It is telling me that I have 298 orders but I only entered 97. For some strange reason it got all messed up. Can someone please tell me how to reset it back to 97 with out losing all 97 orders that I put in last night? Please help me. Thanks in advance for any prompt responses and help? Shareen

Sounds like you have a "Relational Join" problem in the query the form is based on.

Order form problem

How do I fix this problem where the number record number and the order number are not matching up like they were before? The number at the bottom of the form says 298 when it should say 97.
When I move between the records it displays a new record for every product the customer orderd for that order instead of display one order showing all the products. (Example) If my customer ordered three things from it it is ceating three records displaying all the same information in each record. If customer ordered 20 items then it will display 20 records for that order instead of 1 record with all the items the customer orders. It looks like it is repeating the order for the number of items ordered. All I remeber doing different was adding a table called (sizes) to the order form and then I sorted the form by ContactName.

Please help if you can because I have put so much time into this database and now it is acting up.
