Good point
The installer I use allows you to specify the OS and minimum version supported.
If specified conditions aren't met, it shows a custom message then exits.
It also checks the Office bitness if required
As a result I can distribute one EXE file containing both 32-bit & 64-bit ACCDEs.
Only the appropriate version is installed.
