Outlook 2007 - retrieve archived calendar

retrieve archived calendar - I need step by step and detailed info how to retrieve an archived calendar. all my life has been archived prior to April 08 and I am desperate to get it back ... How can I retrieve that .pst ... I know where to find it but can't get them back in my calendar.

I don't have O2007 but the help file in O2003 is pretty straight forward about restoring archives.
