Outlook Contact Database

Hi all

There is any way to access the Outlook contact database from MS Access. I need to send a email to a group of person, I will create the group in the Outlook Contact Database and use it.

Is it possible and how can I achieve this.

To import data, on the File menu, point to Get External Data, and then click Import.
To link data, on the File menu, point to Get External Data, and then click Link Tables.

In the Import (or Link) dialog box, in the Files Of Type box, select either Outlook() or Exchange().

Follow the directions in the Exchange/Outlook Wizard dialog boxes.
