Output a Report to a tif or mdi format

I am trying to get my database to output a report to a .tif or a .mdi format but without success. At the moment it is coming out as a snapshot, but the people that we are having to email it to do not have the capability of opening a snapshot.

So to stop them from having to struggle I thought that it would be better for me to change the database.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for that, but I was hoping not to have to use a third party piece of software to be able to complete the task.

Any more suggestions
