Output Access Report to Word

Can anyone tell me how to output access report to word. I am using AccessXP and I'm trying to export my report automatically to open up as a word document.

I have an automatic publish it button

Preview the form -- Tools -> Office LInks -> Publish to Word

I dunno if that was what you were asking but I hope it helps

How does your button work? How do I get the button to function when my reports run by a entering in date ranges.

When I create a button to export as a word file my orginal report looses its format. The whole date isn't coming out on the report. Can you help. What did I do wrong
