I created a Report from a query. The query shows the correct data that should be on the Report. I created the report to sort by Field A and then sum Fields D, E, & F. None of the query data shows up on the Report. I;m stymied as to why I can see data on a query, but the ONLY data that shows up on the Report is Field A. None of the summations show. All are blank with the box outline. Any ideas as to why?

I've created the report 3x thinking I did something incorrect. Whatever it is, I did it 3x!

Thanks

pr2,
As somewhat of a newbie, I don't know how to strip a version of my current database. Can you point me where to learn to do this? Thanks

Here, How to Upload a Stripped DB.

To create a Sample DB (to be uploaded for other users to examine); please follow the steps..

1. Create a backup of the file, before you proceed..
2. Delete all Forms/Queries/Reports that are not in Question (except the ones that are inter-related)
3. Delete auxiliary tables (that are hanging loose with no relationships).
4. If your table has 100,000 records, delete 99,990 records.
5. Replace the sensitive information like Telephone numbers/email with simple UPDATE queries.
6. Perform a 'Compact & Repair' it would have brought the Size down to measly KBs..
7. (If your Post count is less than 10 ZIP the file and) Upload it..

Finally, please include instructions of which Form/Query/Code we need to look at. The preferred Access version would be A2003-A2007 (.mdb files)

Attached sample database has rpt_OEE Calculation as report in question. This report does NOT show any data, but the underlying query does show data. I set the report up as follows:

1. Created qry_OEECALC Press Step 1 to calculate 3 fields (Util, Avail, Quality)
2. Created qry_OEECALC Press Step 2 to perform summations on various fields and recalculate Util, Avail, Quality from this summation data.
3. Created rpt_OEE Calculation Report from the Step 2 query noted above.

Use 3/5 as Start and End dates. I stripped out all other dates
Use WorkCenter/Press 501, although any press would work. I was using 501.
Leave all other windows/pop ups blank. Not sure how to get around this "blank" issue.

Thanks in advance for the assist
