Output to Excel (specific Sheet)

I need to out put a query to excel into a specific sheet. Can someone tell me what the format of the output would look like.

c:\DIRECTORY\SUB-DIRECTORY\FILE.xls How is the sheet specified?

I did this once about 6 years ago. As I remember it, the worksheet will have the name of the table or query being exported. So create a query with the name of the worksheet that you want to have in Excel. You cannot export to a specific range.
 
If the worksheet already exists, it will still do it, but will append a 1 to the end of the worksheet name.
