Outputting Reports

I've designed an Access DB to produce a priced parts catalogue. I now want to get the catalogue printed by my Printer for distribution. To do this, I need to output the Catalogue Report from Access in to a suitable format, such as "EPS". Can anyone give me some direction on how I can do this, if not "EPS" what are my other options.

Try using Adobe Acrobat and save your report as a PDF file.
