Question Package Solution Query

Hi All

I have recently had the Package Solution installed so I can create Runtime stuff etc. via the developer program.

I uninstalled it as I thought it was interferring with a runtime setup that was trying to find the accessde.dll.
Anyway it wasn't.

So I have tried to put it back on and simply cannot. I try and add it via the Add ins and nothing happens, I can reference it but the symbol will not appear in the 'Save & Publish' area???

Am I missing something??
