Page breaks in MS Access Report

Hi folks,

Its me again.

In the MS Access Report that i have generated i have a blank page after every page with data. I cant figure out from where the page breaks are coming from...

any idea?

Check the margins

Check the left and right margins of the report and the width you have defined in the report. The usual cause of this problem is horizontal overflow.

Either your page is too wide or you have objects that extend past the printable area of the page.. Open the report in design view and drag the right edge of the gray background in to the left. If it won't drag, you'll need to move any object that is in the way. If there is only a small problem, you might be able to just adjust the margins.
