Parameter query problem that shouldent be query at all

Main form is people What i'm trying to do is link the list box in the insurance tab to the personID in the patient demo tab so whatever patient is enterd in the patient demo tab there insurance will be linked show in the the insurance tab

to create a kind of filter

This works if i create a command button to open the form however i want it in the page tab
