parameter request

i have a form which brings up a report using docmd.openreport and the where clause

i have a field in my report (which is based on a query) called [Tendor No], when i click the button on my form it uses a clause of [Tendor No] = "something" but it keeps prompting me for tendor no

it is driving me crazy.. it doesnt make any sense

any ideas?

You have a parameter in the underlying query, or you're closing the form before the report's opened
