Hi all,

Can i populate a parameter just like i populate a combo box?

I want to have a FIXED value for parameter. May I know how to do this.

where is the Parameter? if it is a qury just type it into the disign if it is fixed. we need more detail of what you are trying to achieve to be able to give you much of an answer.

Hi Peter,

I want to allow only Jan - Dec in the parameter.


If i select Jan, the report will only generate for the month of Jan.

If i select Nov, the report will only generate for the month of Nov.

Therefore, any ideas how can i do.

not directly in the query but if you use a form you can use a combobox for the criteria and link the query to that
