Pass Combo Box Selections to New Launched Form

I have a project staffing form that displays employee's assignments to a specific project in a listbox. I have an "edit" form that launches when the user clicks a button. How can I pass in the information of which employee record is currently selected in the listbox to the new form that is launched?
