I have two Forms: The Main form and a warning form
I have a textbox on the Main form txtNumber
I have a textbox on the warning form txtNumberWarn

When a value is entered in the name form textbox, and it is already been added to a table, the warning form appears.

What I need is to pull that number that the user entered on the main form, and place it on the warning form. Also the number has a status such as instock or servicing that needs to be populated in a dropdown menu.

To recap: A number is added to the main form, the form opens the warning form and populates the txtNumberWarn with the value of the txtNumber. That value then connects to the status and populates a dropdown menu.

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks in advance

wo,

From the warning form:

Forms![MainForm]![txtNumber]

You can assign it to a field, make it the default value for a field, or put it
in a message box.

Your main form must be open at the time for the field to have a value.
