Password locked VB Module

The previous employee who's job I'm currently occupying locked the VB modules of several MS-Access 2000 files. I can open the database normally, just not see what the code behind the command buttons of the forms are like.

As you may well imagine, I have no clue as to what password he chose. My co-workers have no clue either. Calling the ex-employee is out of the question.

Anyway I can crack my DB and find the password?
