password to access tables?

I am setting up a database to do with a lesiure centre, and have 3 tables, one with member details, one with staff detailsand one with activity details...thing is i want to have a box appear when 'Member Details' is clicked (the button on the front page) so that a staff ID is required for access to this table....is this possible? If so how? lol!

Popup a dialog to request it, with OK and CANCEL, than check the entered ID and if valid do what you want. If cancel is clicked, it can just close the dialog and keep at the other window.
