good afternoon, i have the following probleam
i want to specify a defult location when users click attactments so it opens the add attachment box in a predesigned directory can this be done?
and all so i have got some code that opens word with a template how ever can i pass a defult save location using accsses in a another directory
this is being passed from machine to server so its easyer on the end user to save and load from the data base,
for example the user wants to write a letter to the customer so they find the record and then click the send letter buttion this runs some code that then gives a user some templates to choose from and then mailmerges the customer detials to the template, then they can write the letter and print but when they save the letter i need to specify the dir to save to?
and when they need to attach the letter to the record it needs to read the same location.
does that make sence? and can it be done?
