PDF files won't print

This happens every time I have to pay my estimated taxes. The IRS form comes only in PDF format. My printer says printer not responding. I put in what I need to do in a "how to db" I have, last time this happened, but I can't find it. How do you print a PDF file without a adobe app.

There are other PDF viewers (e.g. Foxit). Maybe try one of them.
