Percent Data type

Hi,

How can format proper display for percentage values. What happens is I chose a field as percent, but if I put in 9 meaning 9 % I get 900% as the value is multiplied by 100, but if I put in 0.09 I get 0%.
I just want to put in day 9 and be saved as 9%.

It sounds like your field type is an integer. Change it to single.

I have change it to single. It displays fine but without the % simbol and if I select the Percent format still being multiplied by 100.

And when you put in .09?

Unfortunately that is the way percents work, same in Excel too.
