Hi,
I’m having a problem with the formatting of percentages, the report currently shows 100.0% as 10000.0%

I found an article on Microsoft’s website that suggests I put ,"0.00%" after the sum. The problem is I already had a problem with 0’s in some fields so have had to put a longer string in the sum and I can’t get my head around where to put this ,"0.00%"

The string I have is:-

Conversion_rate: IIf([Num_Cust]=0,0,IIf([Num_Calls]=0,0,nz([Num_Cust])/nz([Num_Calls])*100))

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated

Thanks !!!!!

staines,

Don't need the Nz function:

Code:
Conversion_Rate: Format(IIf([Num_Cust] = 0, 0, IIf([Num_Calls] = 0, 0, [Num_Cust]/[Num_Calls])), "###.0%")
