percentage amount calculation

Hi all,

I had a form which is used for update an invoice.In that I had 3 fields.

1. amount
2.percentage
3.percentage amount.

the field [percentage amount] will be the result of [amount]%[percentage].
I am attaching a sample db ..If someone can please help me...
