This is probably a basic question, but it's confusing me!
I'm creating a database for my company, the main form is working a treat, and is in the process of being tested.
However for other parts they only want to see certain info on certain forms, pulled from the main form.
Eg - Customer calls to make us aware of a problem, be it Faulty Goods, or a Picking Error. The record needs to be recorded as a single - So one returns number (1) can have any number of multiple additons (1.1,1.2,1.3 etc..).
Each line will be given a status - So 'In Transit' 'Stock Check' 'Complete' etc, I want to make a form based on the records in the main form where the status is equal to the department that needs the information, so if the goods need stock checking, the department will open their form and anything currently listed as 'Stock Check', will appear.
I know I can make a simple report for this, but there is different information that will be entered from the secondary form, which will go alongside the data sourced from the main form!
