hi all, how do i set permissions? i have downloaded some of the demo logins and i can see the access level which either has numbers or admin/ users, how do i use the access level ?
for example when "tom" (acces level user) has put in his password then i want only certain forms or report, to be available to him, how do i lock him out of items i do not whant him to access, also how do i hide or lock the navigation bar to prevent him from this?

What you are talking about is ULS (User Level Security). This feature was deprecated in A2007 so it cannot be used with .accdb format databases. Given that it was deprecated 6 years ago, I wouldn't suggest creating new applications to use it. You will need to control user access yourself.
