Picture as App background ?

Is it possible to have a picture as a BG to the application ?

You can embed a picture in a form and have that open on start up, remove all options for the form to be closed or interacted with, and automatically resize it to fill the available space of the app window.

Not sure of any other way.

There is a .Picture property associated with forms. Also sizing, orientation, and a few other related properties. If you have a "switchboard" form that occupies all visible space, you can put a picture there. However, if you expose your full database to users, you cannot put anything as the background for the DB Window without getting into some advanced Windows API calls.

I tried creating a form and removing all options to move it or close it.
If I make it Modal and PopUp it will stay on top. If not, users can click it and bring it up.
Any idea?

I dont have a switch board, and never used one.
