Picture do not show

I have a database form with picture frame on it. It works fine for long time and usaully copy picture to the frame by using "ACDsee" program. Recently I just run this database on Windows2000 Machine, everything O.K. but the picture doesn't show on the form. Anybody know how to solve it? (It might need somekind of driver or library!!)

Is the picture Embedded or linked, you might need to change the link to the picture.
