Picture Hyperlink Question

Alrighty, so I have a picture in my form which I've set to open a website on click. My problem is that when I view the form in Form View, there is a dotted border around the picture that wasn't there before. I have the Border Width Property set to Hairline, so I don't understand how to fix this. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks

Have you tried setting the Border Style to Transparent?
