Picture Not Visible

In the report there is a linked image .. but i can't get it to display.

In the form the image displays fine but as soon as i go into the report it thinks about it and appears to load the image but it is not visible.

Any help will be really appreciated ...

I have attached the file because i don't know how to describe my problem.

OK,
The picture does not come up because it is not in the detail section.
BUT!!
The problem is that there is a subform bit that goes with this report also how can i get that to display .. is it just a case of adding in a subform as you do on forms??
