Picture to display when loading a db

Hello,
I would like to replace the standard load up screen with a picture I chose. At the moment when you open a db, access loads up the purple box (screenshot attached). I would like to replace this with a picture that I chose. Any ideas how to do this?

Place the image file in the same folder as the database and with the same filename (before the dot).

I am not sure if jpgs are supported though.
