Pictures in a report

Hi all
I am new to access reports but i am pretty experianced in other parts. What I need is this: I have a table with a bunch of people in it I have their names adresses phone numbers etc. I need some way to assign a picture of the person to each record (person) and then have each person's picture show up in a report. next to the rest of their info. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ssume you have a field for the location of the image.##

If you have an image frome on the report then hide it to start with so that it only appears fro an employee with an image.
