Pictures in reports

I have a table and I input file references onto it and when i produce reports I want to be able to instead of showing the file location information i want it to show the relevant picture the field is referencing and put the picture into a report instead. Is it possible and does anyone know how to do such a thing.

to get you started, have a look at the example report "Catalog" in the Northwind Traders sample database (included w/access).

this should give you ssome idea of what is involved...
