I'm still using 97, I have a report with a pie chart in the testing phase it works (shows the correct perentages fine), but as soon as I tested it from the switchboard the pie just displays 100% - incorrectly. FWIW the switchboard open to a calendar and the calendar opens the report. I've tried having the report open in the edit and add mode and neither make a difference, has any one had this problem?

We need more info, how does the calendar open the report, is it based on a parameter query etc.,etc?

What does the chart use?
The report uses the query. So calendar picks up the beginning & ending date, there is a preview report command button which calls the report; The report calls the query. It's the strangest thing, sometimes the pie chart (which I need) displays the correct info and sometimes it doesn't. Ive also did a compact and repair and it doesn't make a difference
