Ok, easy question for you since I've tried about 5 different times/ways of doing this, but it doesn't display the way I want.
I need a % pie chart that displays % [ATFP completed] versus [ATFP not completed] out of [total persons]. [ATFP] field is a list of dates or is null; however, I made a special query to total "not is null" & so forth so I could actually get concrete numbers which are [ATFP completed], [ATFP not completed], and [total persons]. I thought using the chart wizard would help, but the display & percentages were not accurate when viewed in final form. I think it is the process of where which data goes where in the pie chart when the wizard asks. Seems EXCEL is more user friendly when it comes to graphically displaying columns of data. Is it the result of data types being "dates" although I am only asking for blank and filled fields comparisions? Help please!!!!
