I have a pivot chart that is formatted to display category on the vertical access and series values on the horizontal axis.
The categoty (vertical axis) is employe name.
The series (horizontal axis) is the timme they have been working.
The categories (employees) are sorted according to the series value (length of time) so those working shortest are at the top with a short bar and those longest at the bottom with a long bar.
There is an option in properties to conditionally format the series (such as make the lowest or highest 50% a different colour).
Is there any way to conditionally format based on the category: I want to have the top 50% of the categories in a dferent colour.
Alternatively I want to insert a horizontal line to deliniate the highest and lowest half.
Any help greatly appreciated,
Cheers
Chris
