Pivot Chart View

I have a query in my database, based on that I made Pivot table and then Pivot Chart View.

I have added data labels but once I close and reopen query or filter based on page field labels are disappeared.

Make a form or report with the chart on it. Queries don't save chart settings.

I used pivot chart form and added again the label but yet it is not appearing. I don't know how to add in the report. please advise.
