I have a question in Access 2000 Pivot tables. I got 4 people working for me so i have created defects tracker for each of them with access pivot table. I view the defect tracker daily but i found this pivot table is not updating automatically,i need to edit every time to excel and then refresh the table to get the updated graph.
1. Is there any way i can automate this to get my pivot table updated? (rather than i run it manually everytime)
2. In my defect tracker my goal is to see ZERO defects all the time
but whenever i reach ZERO its showing me the following error MSG in pivot table "problems obtaining data" how to fix this and instead of this is there any way i can give some MSG like " NO DEFECTS" whenever i have Zero defects for the users to understand.
