Pivot Table View - Drop Zones

Hi,

For some reason I cant see the drop zones when I am pivot table view. Does anyone know maybe why I cant see this?

When I try to use the 'Add To' box in the Field List Box, the option is grey'd out so I cant click it.

I'm using version 2002.

Can anyone help?

Dont think so, even had 3 other Access buffs at work looking at it and they have no idea.

I am not sure if you ever solved your problem but in the pivot table Properties under the Behaviour tab there is a Hide/Show Drop Areas tick box.
