Hello forum,
I am using the "Pivot Table View" for a table in Access. I have one column field and one row field, and am displaying a third field in the detail zone. I want to list the third field values at each of the intersections of the other two fields, as in a cross tab.
My problem is that the number of records for the third field is larger than Access wants to display. It displays 12 full records with the 13th cut off at the top. A scroll bar appears with 13 or more records at a given intersection.
Is it possible to force Access to display all records in the pivot table view?
Thanks,
Bill
