One of my customers is complaining because the filter lists on the PivotTable are not in alphabetical order. New data values have been added to the data since the PivotTable was built, and all of the new values show up at the bottom of the filter. Is there a way to re-alphabetize the list? All I can think of is to rebuild the PivotTable, and that would be cumbersome if I had to do it each month. Any ideas to help?

Try right-clicking on the column that contains that filter in the pivot table, then choose Field Settings and click Advanced.

In the AutoSort options sections choose Ascending and click Ok.

I think that should resolve it and maintain it sorted when you refresh the table

Awesome!!! That worked! :) I didn't even think to check that.
