I NEED HELP. I am new to Access so I am not familiar with all it can do. My database is to calculate employee productivity per week. I also need to be able to do a 4 week[monthly] and yearly averages of the metrics. I am not sure how to go about this. I have attached an Excel file containing the data of what we are trying to duplicate in Access. In the Excel file, the tab called "Technician Review" is what i am looking to imitate, only it will now be calculated weekly instead of monthly.

In my Access database, the form "TotalNmaWmsPhoneFrm" is what i want to display the data on. My main data table is "TECHINFOtbl"
How can I have multiple different weeks of data in the table for different people, and then calculate/summarize the metrics monthly and then yearly? I am at a loss.:banghead: Please any help is appreciated
