once you set a recourd source in the propertied of the form (did you do that?), then you calick on any field, go into properties, controlsource and you will get a list of available fields from the table
select one, and it will be "linked"

why don't you convert the database to Access 2003, it's really easy
that way i can tell you right away what's wrong

Yes, I have converted it to access 2003, but there are many items were not shown, may be deleted.

1. I built up some queries and forms, but not appearing in access 2003.

2. I need to make it selecting the ID Number and the rest of information appears,

3. I need to have the database remind the employees’ items that they should be scheduled to make during a year, a reminder calendar to be auditable and they put their best times to make the activities.

Which Form are you having difficulty with?

Are you trying to set the Record Source property?

Or are you trying to set up a Combo List?

The idea of the DB or oracle, by using website, the web site can be hocked to any server.

1. To have each employee submit his personal information.
2. When the employee visits the working area and sees unsafe acts to report it directly in the Shared DB.
3. I need to have the database reminds the employees of their visits and to report that in a calendar reminder.
1. 4 a report, should show each individual what has submitted each end of a month or as selected by the date or employee or division.

If you could do that for me from A to Z, I will pay for your troubles, which I caused for you. I'm learning and I have to pay for it.
