Right I have a Table 'Businesses' which has about 600 comapines on it, i have another table 'vacancies' which has vacancies matched to a business.

What I want to do is to be able to pick a company from a list (I can do that bit) then have a form displayed with that companys vacancies displayed and only that companies.

Anyone help me please??????

I figured it out but

I manged to figure out what to do by using a query and subforms so it works now but it shows the same business everytime is has a vacancy on it so say a business had 3 vacancys the business would be shown 3 times in my listbox i tried grouping in the query but it doesnt like that just comes up with a parameter box. So my question is:-

Does anybody know how to group my business names so it only displays them once in my listbox?

Thanks

In the underlying query, do you have more criteria than just the company name? If so, this is why you are getting a record for each vacancy the company has. Only use the company name from the vacancy table, then group. You should only get one record for each company no matter how many vacancies.
