Please help with startup menu

Is there a way to make changes to the start up menu? I didn’t make a backup of the latest changes on my database, then played around with the start up menu and now, of course, I can’t get to the Design view or to the Database window and I still need to make changes to my form. I know this was very, very stupid! I’m hoping that there is a way to restore my start up window without loosing the updates.

try pressing the F11 key when your database opens. i use that when i need to edit my database after i remove the startup menu from initial load.

Hold down the Shift key when you are opening the db will bypass the Startup options.
