I have a field named [number of adults] and a field named [number of children]. I use the formula----[number of adults] + [number of children] and place (automatically) place that value into a field called [total members].
I also have a field named [box size] and the box size is determined by the number in the family, as an example: 1 to 2 people receive a #1 box—3 to 4 people receive a # 2 box and more than 4 (5 and more ) receive a # 3 box..
