My boss has given me a project that I have been working on for awhile now and I haven't got anything to work and I think I won't be working here longer if I don't tell him something. I don't have that many hours to work on it, since I'm an intern for the company. But here is my problem.

My boss wants me to build an access database and upload it to their server that's in another state. But I don't know anything about databases or anything about it at all. I've been working on it, but I keep getting a security problem with IE.

Basically I need to build the access database and have an html access page so that when somebody enters the html page it will go to the database. I can get it to work locally, but I'm lost when I upload it.

So if anybody can help me. I would be so appreciate it so much.

I was told that I must upload it to a sql server or an asp. Not sure, but anyhelp is appreciated

I am trying to get a similar project to work here at my work and like you I am struggling. Access 2000 has a feature called data access pages that will allow you to web enable access reporting and I have been working with it to try and get this project off the ground (with minimal success). If you got yours to work locally you are doing better than me. Maybe we can help each other. I had problems with 2000 and I just got a copy of access xp and got it working. I can go through each step if you want me to email you, just let me know
